1. Who We Are
Baddies Hub (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the website baddiehub.ai. We are an affiliate marketing website. We do not offer user accounts, process payments, or store personal data on our own servers beyond what is described in this policy.
When you click through to Kupid.ai via our referral links, their separate privacy policy governs any data you provide to them. We may receive a commission for referrals at no extra cost to you.
For privacy-related enquiries, contact us at: privacy@baddiehub.ai
2. What We Collect
We collect only the following:
a) Analytics data (automatic)
When you visit our site, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity automatically collect data including your approximate IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, time spent on pages, and how you arrived at our site (e.g. search engine or referral link). This data is used in aggregate to understand how visitors use our site and to improve it.
Microsoft Clarity may also record session replays and heatmaps — visual recordings of how users interact with our pages (mouse movements, scrolling, clicks). No personally identifiable information is intentionally captured through these recordings.
b) Contact form submissions (voluntary)
If you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.
c) Cookies
We use cookies set by Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for analytics purposes, and essential cookies required for basic site functionality. See Section 5 for details.
We do not collect: account registration data, payment information, subscription details, or AI conversation data. All of that is handled solely by Kupid.ai under their own privacy policy.
3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
If you are in the UK or EEA, our legal bases are:
- Legitimate interests — analytics data helps us understand site performance and improve user experience. We have assessed that this does not override your fundamental rights.

- Contract performance — processing your contact form submission to respond to your enquiry.
4. Third-Party Services

- Google Analytics — website usage analytics. Data is processed by Google LLC under their privacy policy. Google may transfer data outside the EEA using Standard Contractual Clauses.
- Microsoft Clarity — behavioural analytics including heatmaps and session recordings. Processed by Microsoft Corporation under their privacy policy.
- Kupid.ai — when you click our referral link, Kupid.ai independently collects your data under their own privacy policy. We only receive aggregate affiliate reporting (e.g. number of sign-ups), not your personal details.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your contact form data with any third party.
5. Cookies
- Essential cookies: Required for basic site functionality. These cannot be disabled without breaking the site.
- Analytics cookies (Google Analytics): Track page views and user journeys in aggregate. You can opt out via Google’s opt-out tool.
- Analytics cookies (Microsoft Clarity):Enable session recordings and heatmaps. You can opt out via Microsoft’s privacy settings.

6. Data Retention
Analytics data is retained for 26 months by Google Analytics and up to 13 months by Microsoft Clarity, after which it is automatically deleted. Contact form submissions are retained only as long as necessary to resolve your enquiry, and no longer than 12 months.
