1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Baddies Hub (“the Site”) at baddiehub.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and legally permitted to access adult-oriented content in your jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to terminate access and delete any account where we have reason to believe the user is under 18, in compliance with the UK Online Safety Act 2023 and applicable law.
3. Service Description
Baddies Hub is an affiliate marketing website that directs users to Kupid.ai, a third-party AI companion platform. We do not ourselves operate the AI companion service. The actual AI conversations, media delivery, and companion features are provided by Kupid.ai, and their separate terms of service and privacy policy govern that relationship.
We may receive a commission when you sign up to Kupid.ai through our referral links. This does not affect the price you pay.
4. Subscriptions, Billing & Payments
Subscriptions to AI companion services are handled directly by Kupid.ai and billed through Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service and Kupid.ai’s billing terms.
- Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan).
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Kupid.ai account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds are subject to Kupid.ai’s refund policy. Generally, subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
- Billing charges will appear on your statement under a discreet company name.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Site to:
- Access or attempt to access the Site if you are under 18 years of age.
- Upload, share, or solicit content that depicts or describes minors in sexual contexts.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Site.
- Use the Site to harass, abuse, or harm others.
- Circumvent any technical measures we use to restrict access.
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
Any suspected violation involving child safety will be reported to the relevant authorities immediately, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where required.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site (text, design, logos, and imagery) is the property of Baddies Hub or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Baddies Hub and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or the services provided by Kupid.ai, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the law of the country in which you reside.
10. UK Online Safety Act 2023
In compliance with the UK Online Safety Act 2023, we implement age assurance mechanisms to prevent access by under-18s and take steps to protect users from illegal content. We will cooperate with Ofcom as required.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of material changes via email.
12. Refund Policy
Baddies Hub does not process or handle any payments. All subscriptions and purchases are made directly through Kupid.ai. As such, refunds are subject exclusively to Kupid.ai’s refund policy.
Please be aware that Kupid.ai treats all sales of digital products as final and non-refundable, as the product is made available immediately upon purchase. We strongly recommend reviewing Kupid.ai’s Terms of Service and refund policy before completing any purchase.

13. Complaints
We take all complaints seriously. If you have a complaint about this Site or our conduct, please contact us using the details below. We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 7 business days. We will communicate the outcome to you once a resolution has been reached.
If your complaint relates to the AI companion service, content, or billing, please contact Kupid.ai directly at complaints@kupid.ai, as those matters fall outside our control.
